PLANNING: Delves Court

Posted on Jun 16, 2015 in News

On 15th June 2015 the Planning Board at Amber Valley Borough Council approved consent for this significant housing regeneration project in Heanor, Derbyshire. The scheme had previously received the unanimous support of the Board back in November 2014.

We are currently working with local contractor J Tomlinson to prepare for the construction phase, due to start on site later this year. The 32-unit housing scheme will deliver high quality homes for local social housing provider Futures Homescape. All dwellings will meet level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.

    Hello Letts Wheeler!

Like the new website….and good news on Delves Court.

Hope you are all well – any exciting news in Nottingham?

Oxford is slightly damp under foot at the moment, but other than that all is fine….the Land’s End to John O’Groats cycle trip is booked in for this Autumn, so the fitness training is just beginning!

    Hi Catherine,

Thanks. And yes, it took a number of years, and quite a few revisions for a scheme to be agreed upon. Good to make progress.

More Maidstone, more schools in Southend and, hopefully, more housing all in the pipeline.

Quite the epic trip you have lined up this autumn. All the best for the training. And fingers-crossed for the weather!
