Custom-Build Housing Development for Blueprint in Sneinton Market, Nottingham

Fruit Market is an innovative custom-build housing development on the edge of Nottingham’s city centre. The developer/enabler for the project, Blueprint, is a partnership between Nottingham City Council and Igloo Regeneration, formed to deliver innovative, sustainable housing developments in the City.

Following the success of phase 1 of the project, construction is now underway with a second phase of the development.
