This scheme for Southend-on-Sea Borough Council gained planning permission for the redevelopment of an existing industrial site.

The scheme consisted of nine offices units(B1) providing 900m2 of high quality office space, situated towards the front of the site and fourteen industrial units (B2) provide 1840 m2 of flexible industrial space situated towards the rear of the site.
