We were shortlisted in this open competition for a mixed-use building in Leeds. Located at the water’s edge, our design for 36 The Calls contains a mixed programme of commercial, office and residential space. The eight-storey building creates a public and private terrace overlooking the River Aire, with an architecture that reflects the material language of the industrial and commercial history of the city.
