Affordable housing for Nottingham Community Housing Association, Nottingham

This regeneration scheme for 24 affordable homes and 7 supported-housing units was built on a brownfield site in Nottingham. The redevelopment consisted of a mix of 2 and 3-bed family houses, together with a small block of supported accommodation flats for residents with learning difficulties. The housing has a mix of tenures; social rent, shared ownership and rent-to-buy. The housing is designed as a modern interpretation of the surrounding Edwardian housing, centred around an intimately scaled, shared-surface space.
